Online Direct Billing

For your convenience, we offer online direct billing* to the following groups and health insurance plans unless otherwise noted:

• Alberta Blue Cross – Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Massage (must self-submit claim for acupuncture)
• Alberta Retired Teachers Association Benefit Plan (ARTA) – Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Massage (must self-submit claim for acupuncture)
• Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan (ASEBP) – Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Massage (must self-submit claim for acupuncture)
• Canada Life (Great-West Life) – Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Massage
• Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan – Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Massage
• Cowan Insurance Group – Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, and Massage

**Desjardins Insurance offers “Point of Care Claim Submission” only. Patients pay our office, and we can submit an online claim online for reimbursement to the patient.

Custom Orthotics

We don’t direct bill to insurance. Patient is required to pay upfront and claim to insurance.

Self-Submitted Claims

If your insurance carrier does not accept online direct billing, you must submit your paid receipt to your insurance provider along with any required claim forms for reimbursement.
